We are so happy for you to be a part of the Tays JH Orchestra this year! We have listed the supplies you will need for each level of Orchestra at Tays Junior High.
FIRST YEAR ORCHESTRA
INSTRUMENT:
Students will need to rent an instrument for orchestra. Violin and Viola students will bring their instrument from home to school every day. A space for the instrument will be assigned to each student in orchestra for their instrument. Cello and Bass students will need to rent an instrument for home practice. This instrument will stay at home and a school owned instrument will be used during the school day.
We use the following music stores for instrument rentals as they have an employee from their store who comes to TJH every week to do instrument maintenance and make deliveries as needed. You may contact these shops directly to rent an instrument.
